  • How you receive them: download link on-screen after payment and by confirmation email.

  • If you can’t access the file: email us; we re-issue access and help you retrieve your purchase.

  • If the file differs from its description or is corrupted: we replace it or refund per Refunds & Returns.

Services

  • How they’re delivered: live session (online or in-person when applicable) at the scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling/cancellations: per Refunds & Returns.

Physical Goods (when offered)

  • Carriers: Canada Post/UPS with tracking.

  • Rates/ETA: shown at checkout.

  • Duties/taxes: buyer responsibility outside Canada.

  • Damaged / wrong / not-as-described: contact us within 7 days for replacement or refund per Refunds & Returns.
