I am a writer, advocate, and philosopher whose life became a case study in what happens when every public-facing system—education, mental health, employment, justice—fails all at once.

My story reveals how epistemic injustice operates not as an abstract theory, but as lived reality: marginalized people being denied the right to contribute their own knowledge to the systems that govern their lives. Whether it was being constructively expelled from university, wrongfully terminated by Apple, or dismissed by police and mental health providers, my experiences show how inequality persists—not because rights are missing, but because recognition is.

This isn’t just about stigma. It’s about how institutions protect themselves by discrediting the people they harm. When psychiatric labels replace testimony, when policies overwrite lived knowledge, and when survival itself is treated as defiance, justice requires more than inclusion. It requires belief.

Through my blog Big Thinky Ouchey, I documents the absurdity and coherence of survival under epistemic siege, blending sharp analysis with dark humour to demand better stories, better systems, and better futures.
