We fix problems quickly and document everything. Good records end headaches; clear rules prevent them.

1) Donations

General rule. Donations are voluntary contributions. Refunds are available for duplicate payments, obvious mistakes, or unauthorized use reported within 7 days of the receipt.

How we help. Send the date, amount, and the email used at checkout. We resolve simple donation errors first.

2) Digital Items (downloads, files, access links)

Delivery. Access appears on-screen after payment and by confirmation email.

Quality guarantee (7 days). If a file is corrupted, unusable, or materially differs from its description, email us within 7 days. We provide a working replacement or a refund.

Access issues. If a link fails or expires, we re-issue access and help you retrieve your purchase.

What speeds this up. Order ID, a short description of the issue, and (if possible) a screenshot. We verify delivery with download logs to move fast.

3) Services (e.g., coaching)

Single sessions.

Cancel 48+ hours before the start time → full refund.

Cancel inside 48 hours → 50% credit applied to a future session.

No-shows → session is considered delivered.

Packages. Unused sessions are pro-rated at the per-session rate of the package; the policy above applies to any scheduled upcoming session.

Rescheduling. One complimentary reschedule per session if requested 24+ hours in advance.
4) Physical Goods (when offered)

Return window. 30 days from delivery, in original condition and packaging.

Who pays shipping.

Defective / wrong / not-as-described: we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Change of mind / size / preference: customer covers return shipping.

Exchanges. Fastest route: return the item for a refund and place a new order after we process it.
5) How to Request a Refund or Return

We reply within 2 business days with next steps, including a return authorization and instructions when applicable.
6) Processing & Method

Timing. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we approve the request or receive returned goods. Your bank’s timelines may add a few days.

Method. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
7) Chargebacks & Disputes
Email us first. Friendly resolution is faster than a bank investigation and protects your account access. We keep delivery and support records to resolve issues decisively and fairly.
8) Consumer Rights & Law
This policy operates alongside applicable consumer-protection laws. Governing law: Alberta, Canada.
9) Updates
